| Lorraine Warner founded The
Baby Owen Company in late 2004. From the time her son (Owen!)
was six months old and able to sit up on his own, Lorraine
preferred giving him his nightly bath in the kitchen sink.
Frustrated that she wasn’t able to find any bath products
specifically designed for the sink, she set out to design
her own. In 2005 the company’s first product, the
Baby in the Sink™ Duck Mat, was underway!
A patent application for the Duck Mat (which will be made of a temperature-sensitive, color-change resin) was filed in February, 2006, and production is still in the planning phase. Additional research is also underway for an expanded product line – for babies and pets.

Sink Baths for Babies are Fun!
Owen isn’t the first baby to get a bath in the kitchen
sink – in fact, over the years many, MANY babies have
gotten their nightly baths in the sink, including Owen’s
MOMMY herself! Lorraine and her sisters got many sink baths
from their own mother and grandmother when they were just babies.

on a sink mat for pets and plan to expand our product line
for all of our babies. So check back often!
At the current time, we have no employment opportunities. However, check back in the future!
